A New Lamborghini Is Coming, But Us Peasants Aren't Allowed To See It Yet
Being rich must be pretty awesome. You can go where you like, do what you like, and buy anything that takes your fancy. And if you’re a rich petrolhead, what you usually want to buy is the latest exclusive hypercar. That’s why, according to Motor Trend, Lamborghini is taking its newest limited edition concoction to the Pebble Beach concours d’elegance to be unveiled to a small crowd of elite Lamborghini collectors.
Details about the next raging bull are thin on the ground, and by that I mean no one outside of the company knows anything about it other than it’ll be incredibly low volume - just 20 coupes and 10 roadsters are expected. Like the Veneno and Reventon before it, which cost about £966k ($1.5m) and £2.9m ($4.5m) respectively, you can expect to have to shell out serious cash to park one in your garage - though if Motor Trend is correct in its belief that the car will be a heavily modified Aventador SV LP750-4, it might just be worth the seven figure sum.
Pebble Beach takes place in mid-August, with the next public motor show after that in Frankfurt in September. Given the fact that the Reventon debuted at the Frankfurt show in 2007, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Lamborghini unveiled its new car at 2015’s event.
