Some have accused Lamborghini of going a little soft with some of its cars in recent years, but you certainly can’t say that about the bonkers Aventador SV. Still, for some it won’t be quite mad enough, and those unhinged rich people have a solution in the form of a new upgrade programme from Novitec Torado. And you know what? We rather like the look of it.

The world of supercar tuning is filled with horribly excessive beasts, but the wind tunnel-tested carbonfibre bodykit Novitec has added to the SV ups the aggression nicely without resorting to sheer vulgarity. To compliment the bodykit, a set of Vossen-manufactured rims are available, sized 20 inches in diameter at the front and 21 inches at the rear.

You’ll notice it’s sitting a lot lower too: that’s because if you let Novitec, it’ll drop your already jolly low SV a further 35mm on new sport springs. Do that, and we should think the front lift feature will become your best friend…

The engine isn’t left out of the party, with a new map bumping the power and torque to 775bhp and 544lb ft, up from 740bhp and 509lb ft. Want to give the interior a little spruce too? Novitec has your back, as it’s happy to leave the interior “redesigned in every last detail with the finest leather, Alcantara and carbon in practically any desired colour.”

No prices are given for the upgrades, but this is almost certainly a case of ‘if you have to ask…’

a Friend of mine actually owns an SV, he says the army matrix and a few other goodies are actually better value for money. He has the first lamborghini aventadoor SV in the world with an army matrix exhaust.

Those wheels make the car look more tame than angry. The Aventador SV is the best looking stock car. In my opinion it just got ruined.
