Official: The Corvette C7 Stingray Is Your Favourite Performance Car Of 2013

Last week we asked you to vote for your favourite performance car of 2013. To mix things up a little, we included cars for sale in 2013 like the McLaren P1, and cars unveiled in 2013 that are yet to go on sale, like the new Honda NSX.

2,607 votes later, and we can announce the winner! A hefty 19 per cent of you (487 Votes) chose the Corvette Stingray as the most exciting performance car you saw in 2013.

In a close second with 17 per cent (434 Votes) was the Nismo GT-R, while McLaren's technical showcase P1 hypercar bagged third place with 13 per cent (327 Votes).

At the bottom end of the chart, Merc's blisteringly quick A45 AMG fared poorly, netting only one per cent (a miserable 39 votes).

Ford's fantastic Fiesta ST also failed to capture your imagination, with just two per cent (63 votes) voting for the hot hatch.
