There never was a GTR Longtail. It’s either GTR, the Raceversion, or one of only 3 GT Longtail made

It says it’s a prototype, probably the only one made
Actually, “Longtail” is the designation they gave to the 1997 F1 GTR (because of its stretched bodywork). Since the car was now completely different from the road version, they had to build new production cars with the ‘97 GTR bodywork. Only three were produced, and they were called F1 GT.
