Overtaking During A Massive Brake Lock Up Takes Serious Balls
The recent Gold Coast 600 round of the Australian Supercars series featured one of the most stunning overtakes we've seen this year
Speaking about his audacious overtake on Mark Winterbottom following the race (below), Scott McLaughlin attributed the lock-up to his competitor moving slightly in the braking zone. He held it together though, just keeping it out of the wall and snatching third place from Winterbottom.

This is why McLaughlin is my favourite driver in the whole series. Its going to be sad to see him not in the iconic volvo at the end of the year
Proof that good drivers don’t need ABS. Well done! I think his balls of steel made the car unbalanced and caused the lockup.
