Race For The Lead Turns Into Vengeful Demolition Derby At Nascar Track
Robbie Brewer in the No.68 and John Holloman in his No.4 got into the race car equivalent of a first fight at the Bowman Gray circuit during a recent Sportsman (yes, that’s really what it’s called) race, turning it into a demolition derby after as tempers flared
It’s hardly surprising the Bowman Gray track is nicknamed “The Madhouse”, it was proven once again during this race at the Nascar-sanctioned circuit.

And there’s my favorite differnce between f1 and nascar. When the drivers get pissed they dont flip the middle finger up and get a huuuuge fine, they just play bumper cars and have peaceful sparing matches

I’ve seen a similar, yet less severe thing happen at my local track, I don’t remember the exact conflict the two drivers had, I’m pretty sure one was blaming the other for a spin, and during one of the caution laps, he caught up, t-boned the lead car and went straight into the pits.
