Rejoice, America, For You Can Now Buy A Lego 1968 Ford Mustang
American Lego fans are in for a late Christmas present, with the announcement that the Danish toy maker has teamed up with Ford to produce a 1968 Mustang race car.
The 183-piece Mustang fastback kit comes in green with dual gold stripes, gold wheels and go-faster racing stickers. Extra horsepower (or fingerpower), right there. The windscreen is removable, says Ford… but then again so is every other part.
The classic racer is driven by an equally classic Lego figure wearing period-correct(ish) racing overalls. The $14.99 set, which goes on sale on 1 March, also comes with a Ford-branded timing board.
It’s an addition to the Lego Speed Champions collection; the seventh Ford to appear there. America can already buy the original GT40, current GT racer, F-150 Raptor, Fiesta WRC, a classic Ford hot-rod and a road-going 2015 Mustang.

Should i buy some Lego?
The level of detail they managed to jam into a tiny 6 wide model like that…HOW DO THEY DO IT?!
A few reference photos, a good amount of Imagination, and lots of trial and error.
