Autocar magazine recently got its hands on the 986bhp P1 GTR and gave it a proper workout on track
Unveiled earlier this year, the McLaren P1 GTR is a £1.98 million track-only car being sold exclusively to P1 road car owners. Each car is chock full of motorsport-inspired tech, and runs a tweaked version of the road car’s 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 and electric motor giving a mad 986bhp power output.
