Say Hello To The Rezvani Beast: The Ariel Atom With Clothes

We aren't joking, this car really is called Beast. We can forgive the silly name, though, as this car from Californian coachbuilder Rezvani looks nothing short of stunning. It has the performance and capability to back up the looks, too, as it's based on the Ariel Atom.

So, what you're essentially looking at is an Atom for people who like their cars fully dressed. There's even a detachable windscreen, should you want no face left after you've put your foot down. The body is made from carbonfibre, so it's still very light, tipping the scales at just 704kg. Two versions are available: the Beast 300 with a 310bhp 2.0-litre, or if you want an even bigger dose of madness, the Beast 500 with a 493bhp 2.4-litre. 0-60mph takes 2.9 and 2.7 seconds respectively.

Prices in the US start at $119,000 (£70,000) for the Beast 300, and $139,000 (£82,000) for the Beast 500. Rezvani will also convert existing Atoms to Beast spec, with prices starting at $49,000 ($29,000). The company hasn't yet mentioned if the Beast will be available outside the US.
