That is a video I’ve been waiting to see really - because you can look at pictures and sort of imagine but its hard to compare/reference from the previous cars. My favourite year was probably ‘08 because when I drew an F1 car as a kid, that is what it looked like. Saying that though I did like ‘10 as well - the (Jordan-esque) Renault being my pick of the bunch and despite the bad reaction, I really loved the stepped noses for some reason. Better than the ‘13/14/15 in my opinion - the only good looking car from the past season was the Force India (in B-Spec) because the rest either looked like GP2 cars or had melted front ends. F1 either needs to be clean and simple (FW16) or crazy as in 2008 - nothing less will ever be remembered.

I think it may have something to do with specification rules and stuff. Im glad they took it away though because i wasn’t a huge fan of it :p

couldn’t agree more, especially in the sixties the cars looked like rockets and you got a great view of all the mechanics in the amazing v12. The engines were bigger than the cars themselves!
