Sinkhole Corvettes Recovered: Prepare For Tears, Chevy Fanboys
The Corvettes swallowed by a sinkhole have been recovered, with some rare cars severely damaged
Last month a sinkhole opened up beneath the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky, swallowing a number of valuable Chevys. Work began immediately to recover the vehicles, and despite the 'Blue Devil' ZR-1 coming off relatively well, the same can't be said of most of the other sinkhole victims.
This gallery, uploaded to Imgur earlier, gives our first look at exactly what damage occurred to these vintage motors.
