A Steering Wheel Coming Off Caused This Hard Nascar Hit

Jimmie Johnson was driving in Nascar Sprint Cup qualifying in Phoenix when he went straight on and crashed, later revealing it was caused by his steering wheel coming off!

Johnson said after the crash on Twitter that the steering wheel came off while he was driving and owned up to the issue.
