Sublime Green Is The Right Colour For Your Dodge Challenger/Charger

The Dodge Challenger and Charger really are getting on a bit, aren’t they? Successors are a long way off too, but increasingly, it seems that this doesn’t matter. Being shouty V8 anachronisms in today’s motoring world works for the pair, particularly when FCA is so good at making the most of its extensive back-catalogue.
Already available in a variety of colours inspired by Challengers and Chargers of the past (Plum Crazy is a particular favourite), the muscle cars can now be specced in Sublime green. It hasn’t been on the Challenger options menu since 2015, and it hasn’t been possible to colour a Charger like this since 2007.
It’s on a wider range of models this time, too. Sublime is an option on the Charger Scat Pack and SRT Hellcat derivatives for the first time ever, and it’s coming back to the Challenger T/A, which was last available with the paint in 1970.
Fancy your own slice of lurid green, V8 goodness? You’ll be able to order one from February.

Reminds me of Ben 10 for some reason
Prolly cuz Kevin drove a green charger
I know a lot of people love muscle cars, but I simply can’t get behind them. The only modern muscle car/pony car that I like is the GT350 R. I simply don’t get the fascination with having a 6.2 litre V8 that only produces round about 310 kW e.g. I get that the sound is amazing. Technology has just advanced way further though. I can get the same horsepower from a smaller engine, that is cheaper and more economical. Especially when I can get a sub 3 litre turbocharged I4 that produces 298 kW. I’d much rather have that then a petrol guzzling V8, that is just way past its time. If you like muscle cars, fine. You can like whatever you want in a car, I just cant get behind the idea anymore.
I think they misunderstood when they were told “make your cars greener”
Noice 👌
But I still like Plum Crazy better
Agreed
Yes please, and thank you. I’ll have the 392 Scat Pak please.
Please do not bring back Butterscotch.
