A bit of nitpicking, the 205 GTI is more of a eighties son: 1984 iirc. May I suggest the 306 GTI-6 instead? It’s easily one of Peugeot’s greats, and among the best hot hatchbacks from the 90’s: 2.0 litre NA engine, 167hp, 6 speed manual (quite rare at the time).

Good call on the Piazza. It’s one of those forgotten hot hatches, it looks very cool indeed

yep maybe you are right with 306 Gti… but production of 306 was 1993–2002 and 205 1983 - 1997…
Yeap Piazza …. btw Pi(a)zza that is cool too :D

As a S chassis owner, any awd/rwd of any engine and aspiration gets me going. Whether it be a new evo or an old foxbody

Designed in 1979 by Giugiaro, that generation Piazza was more of an 80’s car.
In the 90’s it was still sold in the U.S as the Impulse, and in Canada as the Sunfire.
