Why watch top gear without the trio when you can watch the grand tour or NASCAR live now which is much more exciting than top gear

Slight misrepresentation of the Golf GTI CSS but other than that, fantastic! Much more enjoyable that TGT in all honesty

It was one hell of a presentation, and all I want now is a fiat 124 spider from the 60s. I think these three totally nail auto journalim part, and have a great amount of fun at that too. And in this episode, Though the celebrity was more involved but, Matt seriously could do away with his big farm machines, i don’t know, I would love to see him do more stuff with cars instead those big 100,000 machines

I really loved it! I have to say, that every episode is better as the one before. I like the new system for the stars. It is refreshing and is not annoying after two times, as the one we have seen in the Grand Tour.
I like Rory, Matt and Chris. I think they are a good team and it is nearly as fun as the old Top Gear was (around season 18). I really hope, that they will continue on the path they are at now. Then I would have to say, that Top Gear is better than the Grand Tour, because it is more for us petrolheads.

ratings do not lie it down by an average, off 3 million viewers overnight from the clarkson era only a petrolhead would think that a show with that rating drop is good.

face facts your naive view, that ratings do not matter on network tv is wrong as it been branded a flop two years in a row if it flop again next year no new tv deals worldwide i think.

there a report that evans era top gear, cost the bbc some major overseas tv deals if it flop again next year maybe the tv deal will be at a reduced rate that means less money less chance of staying n tv.

Been watching the three episode and I must say that the BBC did a cracking job on reviving this series. I especially like chris harris and his review style. I also find it amazing in extra gear how he effortlessly slides the car while having a casual conversation with you, I swear that man is an alien when it comes to driving.
