My dad has a 5.3l 2015 GMC Sierra that drops to V4 all the time and the engine shakes like crazy. Should be interesting to see if they can rebalance it by using the individual cylinder deactivation.

Cylinder deactivation works perfect in my 2018 Dodge Durango 5.7 R/T. No shakes, just a lighter exhaust note and better fuel economy.
