Video Footage Of The New Honda NSX Has Landed

Our faith in Honda will be restored when this new NSX hits showrooms. Here's what to expect...

Track footage of the all-new Honda NSX has been released by Honda's American brand Acura. The two short videos, which were posted earlier this week, reveal the bassy V6 growl of Honda's much anticipated new supercar. Powering the rear axle of the NSX will be a mid-mounted V6 plus electric motor, while a pair of electric motors are bolted to the front axle to drive the front wheels. Honda calls its AWD system Sport Hybrid SH-AWD (Super Handling All Wheel Drive). Total power output is reported to be in the region of 400bhp, while the torque produced by the electric motors is expected to be class-leading.

Despite the 2015 on sale date, £5000 deposits are already being taken by Honda UK for the new NSX, a car which is estimated to carry a £100,000 sticker price. A reported 20 deposits have been received to date. Here's what all the fuss is about...
