There's only one thing you should do once you've bought an Audi R8 V10. Cruise all the way down to an unrestricted stretch of German autobahn and see how far right you can slam the needle.

That's exactly what this owner of Audi's 525hp beast did, taking the machine up to a claimed speed of 191mph on the outside lane of a 6 lane autobahn. If he was braver, and the conditions were a bit safer, he could've registered the R8's top speed of 198mph.

'Pedal on the right!'
