Watch A FWD Integra Hit 201mph And Break A Record
This plucky Integra broke the half mile world record for a FWD car on Colorado Springs Airport's runway during a Shift Sector event
Myles Kerr - the owner of this bonkers Acura - already held the half mile record for front-wheel drive cars. But, not satisfied, he wanted to break his own record and nudge his massively modified Integra over 200mph.
After several attempts at a Shift Sector event held on Colorado Springs Airport, he managed to do just that. The magic run yielded a hugely impressive result of 201.07mph.
As you’d expect, not much of the original inline-four engine is left. It’s running a Precision 6870 turbo, which pushes the power to almost 1000WHP. Oh, and Kerr said in a recent interview that it makes that power at 10,000rpm.
Colour us impressed…
