Watch This Honda S2000 Wipe Out On The Nurburgring At Over 100mph

Last year, this 2001 Honda S2000 wiped out at over 100mph at the tricky kink after Foxhole. Luckily, the car (which was being driven quickly, but not in full attack mode) wasn't completely destroyed because of the long slide that scrubbed off speed!

Honda S2K on the ring, he’s living the dream. Well held to prevent further damage.

The exit of the foxhole is tricky because the change from going uphill to going level is quite short, so most cars get lifted up, making them handle much worse.

I would also like to know why that old red Seat Ibiza is on the track. I guess there must be a slower track around Nurburgring for those cars

Min 2:50, for the ones who like quick stuff. Like a Prius.

So I guess warming up your street tires and wearing driving gloves does not tranform you automatically into a race car driver. Btw, I’ll spend an evening searching on youtube to see if I can find slower gear changes on the ‘Ring but it’s a tough task.
