The Race of Champions Nations Cup (effectively the warm-up for the main event) took place on Saturday in Barbados, with eight teams - featuring champions and drivers from the likes of F1, Le Mans, IndyCar, MotoGP and Nascar - battling it out.
The Stadium Super Truck races certainly looked spectacular. Lotus F1 driver and former GP2 champion Romain Grosjean narrowly avoided flipping his truck, cornering on two wheels before the airborne tyres returned to the tarmac. WTCC champion José-Maria López wasn’t so lucky and rolled his truck during one of his heats.
