Watch The Stig Go Massively Sideways And Enjoy Ice Cream
Did you wonder what the Stig got up to while his human colleagues went shopping for milk in the last Top Gear teaser? Now we have our answer: going very sideways in some of the hottest cars you can buy right now. And enjoying an ice cream. And giving a dog a lift in a Mercedes-AMG GT.
As with the last teaser, it doesn’t really tell us anything new about Top Gear’s next series, but it’s worth a watch for the shot of a Lamborghini Huracan Performante with red hot glowing brakes alone.
The series is Top Gear’s 25th outing since being rebooted in 2001, and is the second run to focus mostly on Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid. It follows Chris Evans’ (no, not the Captain America one) brief and less than successful time at the helm.
The first episode airs 25th February on BBC Two in the UK, while US viewers will have to wait until 3 March for it to be broadcast on BBC America.
Growing up on a diet of World Rally Championship highlights and lengthy Gran Turismo 2 sessions, a life in cars was as good as inevitable for Matt.

I love Top Gear more than The Grand Tour. It’s an actual car show, filled with cars and nice reviews. The Grand Tour is still just a family comedy

Big season ahead for these guys, if the rating go down again like under Evans Matt it be hard for the Beeb to give them a new deal.
Top Gear under Evans start with a 6.4 million rating and drop to 2.6 million for a season average off 3.89 million that damage Top Gear stock.
Le blanc and co hit 3.77 million for the premier, and the rating when down to 2.6 been the lowest given the season a 3.15 million overnight average.
if Top Gear get another 3.15 million average it safe so it is, but if the rating drop like evans did it 3 and out for these guys sadly big season ahead for them.
Grand Tour know they have a 3 to 5 year run in them, so they are njoying themselves and maybe Clarkson will sell GT right to Amazon so the yanks can have a go.
it all depend on Top Gear rating for me, if it to survive they need to be stable.
