We're going out on a limb here, but we'll bet a truck load of Monopoly money that you'll relish watching a Stadium Super Trucks race more than you would an F1 race. In fact, this could be your new favourite motorsport...
And what's not to like? Stadium Super Trucks (SST) is a new, 12-race race series that was created by NASCAR driver Robby Gordon. The series features 600hp, V8 trucks that combine 'the best of Baja together with all the excitement of motocross' according to the SST website. It also 'showcases the thrills and spills of off-road racing to thousands of motorsports enthusiasts.'
The video below shows us just how exciting the series is, and possesses all the hallmarks of a truly legendary racing series. There is contact between the cars, there is the pleasing rumble of V8 goodness and there are jumps. As in actual ramps that the cars have to drive over at speed.
