This Is What Happens When A Police Car Gets Caught Between A Tram And A Metal Post

We know this, because today an Octavia police car was completely wrecked when it became wedged between a moving tram and a metal post in Prague, Czech Republic. Apparently, the police vehicle wasn’t on an emergency call out at the time. It’s not clear how the officer driving managed to put the car into such a perilous position.

The impact was heavy enough to derail the tram, and injure one of its 60 passengers. Paramedics treated this passenger along with the two officers in the Octavia for minor injuries. The incident caused major disruption to Prague’s tram network. To watch a video of the aftermath, use the link below.
