This car dealer's VW Caddy became a permanent addition to the pavement after he refused to move it
When the car dealer selling this VW Caddy in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, refused to move it for the construction of a new pavement, things got out of hand.
Apparently, a towing firm was sent to remove the car, but refused to take it as the car technically wasn't parked illegally, given that the pavement was not yet present.
With the dealer still refusing to move the Caddy, workmen completed the new pavement anyway. They cemented around the car, leaving it fused into the new pavement...
