Sitting in a Jam like that with friends once is awesome. I once did in Germany. Did something with 2 guitars we had laying in the boot and we played tag in between the trucks.
Where the band mates at with the guitar? But 4 real is this possible with the speaker systems found in cars these days since they have an aux jack?

you can get guitars with built in amplifiers so it would be possible
should be fine but you should get a headphone amp and hook that to your aux so you dont blow up your car stereo.
and then the cars start to slighly move forward, you have a few secs before everyone slams the accelerator and runs over your batery :(
