Young Punk Crashes His Dad's R8 V10 Into A Truck

A youngster from Pennsylvania thought that it would be a good idea to give his dad's Audi R8 V10 a test drive while his dad was away on holiday.

The black R8 - with 525 bhp - proved to be too powerful for the kid, however, when he started to show off his driving skills - or lack of them. The inevitable happened and he lost control and collided with a truck.

The collision wrecked both front corners of the supercar, resulting in thousands of pounds worth of damage.

The photos you see above were released by an employee of the garage that took in the totalled car. They show significant damage to the right and left corners of the Audi R8 V10 - a car which costs up to £116,710.
