Hi! Dynamic Lights is a shader mod you can find here: https://acstuff.ru/f/d/28-shaders-patch-dynamic-lights (At the moment it only works with AC x64) As for night time, there’re various Night Weathers in Race Department, so go there and look for the one that fits you the most!
