Engine swap

Good morning /day/night CTzens. I was wondering would a 4AGE swap be possible on my e106 Corolla (Fielder) It currently has a 1.5l 1NZFE so will the swap be possible? (also this was just a thought and probably might happen in the future.) Thanks and Happy(and safe) Driving.

Probably it is possible, but the 1NZ-FE is very tuneable! You can get great power from that block with the right material!
I say it is possible since the 4AGE is a 1.6 which is not much bigger than your 1.5. but if possible you’ll need to adapt a lot of things!

I would rather suggest u to go for a 2zzge than a 4age.Its a 1.8l NA engine and u can get over 250hp by some slight mods.It produes 190hp at stock

or you can use the Supercharged 2zzge it produces 225bhp outta the box, the zz engines are brilliant engines for tuning

U can know more about it in many forums from the ones who have done it

Its probably possible lol im hoping to do the same on my ee90 im really bored with the 2e engine hahaha

Everything is possible with enough know how (or money).
It will not be plug and play as brackets will need rewelding, wiring will be totaly diffrent, some custom made parts will be needed (or maybe parts from other cars will fit) and so on.
