irst. Car. LIVE! #2: [Nissan Micra K1 160SR] Rate it in the comments below.
Intro:The first one was received quite well, so why not do another one. You like them, i like making them. It’s all fun.
This fun little thing is powered by a quite large 1.6L 16V inline-4 engine that can push 110HP and 150Nm.
For a supermini this is quite a lot a.
Released in 2006, it had overly positive reviews.
Everybody was amazed by how fun it was and how well it controlled.
Just like most other sports cars or performance models, it received a special bodykit treatment, larger 16” alloy rims and lowered suspensions which were also stiffened to reduce bodyroll and to make it less bouncy.
First of all, let’s do the obvious. It’s a 4 cylinder car, so what’s the first thing that comes in mind? A 4-2-1 manifold, of course.
But i think i should go a step further and make it double, like 2-1 and 2-1, both with their own free flow cat at the end.
Next up is the high performance intake and not just because it looks cool.
Following that would be some slightly larger injectors and better spark plugs.
An Android head unit is a must have in any car, imo, especially the ones with OBD2 compatibility.
Finally, everything will be tied together with a chiptune, which will hopefully put the power next to its name, 160HP.
It shouldn’t cost more than 3000€ with the mods.
It’s a cheap car with generic parts, so mods should be the same.
Finally, i wanna say this would not only be a great first car, but a great car in general.
It was rated 4 out of 5 stars in safety tests back when it was released. So it should be a car parent would approve.
It’s a lightweight, nimble, FWD car with performance tuned suspensions from factory.
This would be a really good car for a young driver looking for some action.
Just because it’s a supermini, it doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fun. Like, sports cars can also be safe.

That’s nice. I wish we got K1 160SR Micra instead of this Micra.
And this one.
Btw, the title got messed up for whatever reason. It was meant to say K12, not K1.
7.5/10
What exactly happened with my title?
Uh… “irst?”, “K1?”.
Something must have bugged out.
It meant to say “First” and “K12”.
Lol. I shouldn’t write these when i’m almost falling asleep. So much broken english and so many typos. 😂
Bonus: Micra Nismo. Pre-facelift and post-facelift.
Not that bad, tbh.
I’ll rate this car 7.5/10.
I kinda don’t like the rear end, but at the same time I kinda eh with it.
😂🖒
