EP3 problem

Hi, I’ve read online that EP3 has steering rack problems. I recently bought one, and theres sometimes a knocking sound when i go over speed bumps, steering wheel randomly pulls to the right quite bad, on full lock a grinding or knocking sort of noise, and when im coming out of a parked spot the steering is really heavy. Are these all related to the steering rack problem? Are some of these normal? If it is the steering rack issue, what parts do i need to change exactly?
