Maybe because AC isnt that popular around there and/or people arent interested-competent in fine tuning ?
Dont have the game. Most stuff you can find on google is track specific (generally Spa stuff)

Also in a sim a perfect setup doesnt exist. You will have to tailor it to each track. After all you went in for a sim, not an arcade.
