Ah, good old 2000s JDM Tuning Scene
As you could clearly see, flashy wheels with big bodykits and bright colours were the order of the day back then, which in my opinion is much better than nowadays everything widebody-everything livery style of tuning, i know “Ricer ricer” comments are coming but this is how it all started, and it simply brings a feeling of “Community” and “Home” to me for some reason, i hope you enjoyed this compilation of pics i found

This is right around when I started getting into cars as a hobby and I’m not embarrassed to say I still think most of this stuff looks wicked!
The scene used to be more like a religion …. man it was good! It was so big that non-car people came to the shows to see the “street racers” they were like rockstars to them! And all the magazines that USED to be awesome were on the front shelves always! It was more popular because it was cooler then, sorrynotsorry
