Police Interceptor badge
I have a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor. Is it illegal if I put the police interceptor badge on the back next to my tail lamps? My car didn’t come with your badge.

From what i understand it changes from state to state and then in the strict states it depends on the cop
If you get an officer who is having a bad day, they may do you for impersonating a cop, otherwise they might just tell you to remove it
It’s a factory badge. So I should be good. Just like a GT or an STi badge.
Even the taxis in my area keep the police interceptor badges on them and I’m in California
Just visit your local police station and ask them. May be the best option.
Here in Florida i see at least 15 ex patrol cars that have the police interceptor badge on the back never seen a cop have that boring of a shift to pull them over
