I know the 03 & 04 terminator Cobras had forged stuff. Very strong motors.

I believe some of the Mazda L-Series / Ford Duratec 2.5 L has forged bits.

2005-2010 Chrysler vehicles with the 3.5L engine had forged internals, as well as aluminum blocks and heads. However, the compression ratio of these engines was 10.1:1, leaving little room for boost. Producing 250hp from the factory, they could make up to about 380hp before extensive modification is needed. Because of this, there is very little aftermarket support for them. They are great motors though. Mine has 176000miles and runs perfect for being eleven years old
