German Tuning Company G-Power Have Just Launched Their Next BMW Beast, And It's As Powerful As A Ferrari 488 GTB

German tuner G-Power is famous for building insane BMWs. German Car Show ‘Grip’ has tested them various times, with host Matthias Malmedie doing the longest skids of his life.

Now, G-Power have created something new. It’s an F82 M4, and the new specs are incredible: In stock form the M4 has 431hp and 550Nm /406 ft-lb of torque. The G-Power M4 makes 680hp and 740Nm / 546 ft-lb of torque. For comparison: A Ferrari 488 GTB has 670hp and 760Nm / 560 ft-lb.

How is this insane power upgrade possible? First of all, G-Power has modified the turbo. They fitted it with a bigger, yet lighter turbine wheel, and optimized the airflow. The exhaust system was also heavily modified.

This is the result of the dyno test. The blue curve shows the hp of a stock M4, the green curve its torque. The red and yellow curve show the hp (red) and torque (yellow) of the G-Power M4.

The interior was kept stock, but the car was fitted with coilovers and new rims.
The tuning costs about 20,000€.
