The other way was to do a map “lower east side?” something like that, and using your hydros up against the wall of the overpass / on ramp and it would glitch you up top. There was another map where you could simply drive through the barrier lol
Do you have a video or tutorial for that?
It’s open world once you get out of the track. But, if you go near the track again and respawn close to the track, you will reset back on the track. The barriers are still there though.
