Everyone likes different things. Heck, I’d use them. Confetti doesn’t sound too bad.

These are AW11 Super Edition Recaro seats. If you want the exact ones, rip them off a Super Edition AW11. Those were only sold in Japan, so your best bet is to look on eBay Japan or Australia. The Super Editions are already rare on its own.
These netted head rest Recaros seemed to have made it into many Japanese cars, but I do not know the true model of these style seats.
