Car running too rich
I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S that is running really rich. I have tried running fuel injection cleaner through it as well as replaced the O2 sensors and it’s still running rich. I’m replacing spark plugs every 5000-7000 miles and they are covered in black carbon ash. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Is the check engine light on?
No it’s not but there is a visible cloud of grey smoke coming out the back and it smells like an old car before they put cats on them.
Take a look at fuel trims
Get a garage to read out error codes. Not every code will turn on the check engine light. Some engines in the mini had problems of going totaly nuts when there is too little oil in them.
My oil level is fine and there are no codes
Not getting enough air? Possibly a supercharger issue?

I would suggest checking the fuel presure regulator to see if it is ruptured. And check the coolant temp sensor to see if it is giving a lower temperature to the computer making it run rich.
