I’d personally pair the raised hood with a big hood scoop, just to get the heat out faster.
Like that one for example.

Its a cheap and possibly effective way of reducing pressure and heat from the engine bay. Its just the ppl who do it really dont have a need for it. Hense, rice. And scoops draw air in, vents allow it to escape. You need vents, not scoops.
