Just watch them in order of release, that’s the best way. I’m currently on the 9th episode of first stage and I just started watching last week.

I’ll list it out for you
1.) First stage
2.) Second Stage
3.) Third Stage (It’s a movie)
4.) Fourth Stage
5.) Fifth Stage
6.) Final Stage
The other ones such as the battle stages and extra stages do not impact the other stages, so what I recommend is to watch those after the first 6. There are also movies, Legend 1-3, but they focus only on the races in 1st stage, so watch them after you watched 1st stage or just any stage after
