The ae86 costs around 7-10 thousand pounds depending on the model. The rx7 can cost from 6-20 thousand also depending on the model. I think you should do a little bit more research because to buy and make a good track/ Street car cost

Around 5-6 thousand for an mx5. But it would be nice to see an rx7 or 86 but there is drift tax and intial d tax to pay.

I know the average pricing, hell if i wanted to i could get both. But im looking for peoples opinions, if they think i should get an RX7 or an AE86. I could probably get both cars past the 600hp mark easily. So i have done my research, and i am still researching.

Ae86 is the way to go. Rx7 will need an oil change every 100 miles

It really depends what you can find, if you live in California your in luck, atleast in my area their is always atleast one AE86 available, also the AE86 tends to vary a lot in pricing, with the lesser powered SR5 cars and the coupes being the cheapest, with the GTS and hatches being more expensive. And it’s well worth buying the GTS because of the 4AGE engine and disk brakes and upgraded suspension. They RX7 is a lot easier to come by especially if you want a FD but the best value is in the FC, and if it’s your first car I would recommend to buy a N/A model for better reliability. And also be aware that you need to get a solid RX7 because if you get one with a bad engine it will be very expensive to get a replacement. But don’t be too worried about reliability. As long as you don’t get one over 100k miles. because

But over all I would go for the AE86 hatch as a daily because of it’s fun factor, reliability, practicality, and also I love the sound of the 4AGE.
