Should you buy the Renault Clio RS 16 in Assoluto Racing?

The Renault Clio RS 16 is one of the many hot-hatches in Assoluto Racing, it’s pretty fun to drive and like most hot hatches, has superb handling. Should you buy it?

Preview:

Starts at 55k credits and B rank. It is put right on par with other hot hatches.

Handling characteristics:

Very agile, stable, grippy and fun! It surely is the most fun you can have in S rank. Although it
is a bit understeer-ish, it is a breeze to drive.

Straight line performance:

With 431hp at S rank it lacks the oomph to challenge the front runners, but its sublime
handling and decent acceleration make it a very formidable mid-field car.

Status:

Mildly competitive, its combination of modest speed and phenomenal handling make it a
decent choice for S rank.

How should I tune it?

Max everything, but keep weight reduction stock, so as to utilize its maximum S rank
potential.

My experience:

I had the most fun races I could ever get in AR due to it’s extremely good competition and it’s
enjoyable handling.

So… Should you buy it? For its price, no. The Evo X offers much greater performance for
the same price (its one of the kings of S rank after all) but the Clio is a car that you should
consider for the fun factor alone.
