I’m sure some do. But I would just get a set of coilovers. If your at stock suspension right now.

For daily driving I can recomend H&R springs, as long as your dampers are in good condition.
I got used ones for free on a Mazda forum and didn’t ruin the ride with it. Plus with a set of decent tyres plus sportier allignment it can go through corners like hell.
If you want something for (serious) track use however you’ll need coilovers, roll bars and bracing tho.

Here in nz these are dobi springs and what I would consider how the mx5 should have been from stock
