How to make an empty public session in GTA Online (PC)

Short list of questions before we get started:
Q: Why would anyone play alone in session? It’s multiplayer!
A: A lot of us like to do business work to make money in GTA Online. Unfortunately there’s a risk of other players destroying our stuff because nothing makes them more happy than ruining it for others.

Q: Why not just make an Invite Only session?
A: A lot of the business things in GTA Online is restricted to public sessions.

Q: This is GTA, not The Sims!! You are supposed to kill everyone!!1!1!11

Open Resource Monitor

Find GTA5.exe. Right click and chose "Suspend Process". Click again in the window that comes up.

Wait around 15 seconds. Right click GTA5.exe again and chose "Resume Process" and click again in the window that comes up. Then get back into the game and watch everyone leaving the session.
