[GTA V] My new Progen GP1 in GTA Online

As I’m waiting for the Steam to load right now, looks like I want to write few things about the new car in Grand Theft Auto: Online, the all new Progen GP1. That one car based on McLaren F1, the greatest supercar of all time in my opinion.

We all know how legendary and superior the F1 is in real life for it’s time, held the record for fastest production car for 8 years (1997 - 2005), and now this legend has appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Online.

According to my experience when it comes to in game performance, don’t expect too much from it. It’s handling, but sometimes can get the understeer thing if you don’t handle it properly. The Tyrus is still better in terms of handling, or maybe overall. But both cars are pretty close (the Tyrus is a race car so it should be faster, eh?), and considering the price of the GP1 is a half for the Tyrus, it’s great.

When it comes to customization, it’s great. It has lots of options, I can’t tell you the exact options, but most likely you’ll love it. The only negative point in this case is you can’t take this car to Benny’s.

In my opinion, I love this car more than anything I owned right now, I may regret it a bit, but in the end, it doesn’t matter, I love it like I love the F1.

If you want to get one, you can simply just go to Legendary Motorsport website. And yes, make sure you have $1.260.000 in your pocket to get this delivered to your garage.

If you’re referring to the stock variant, yes. Besides, both cars (F1 and S7) had similar design language.

I’m not on next-gen (but my cousin is) so I wanna know…

Is the driver seating in the middle?

Unfortunately, no.

Is it worth the money? I am still waiting for the other cars, especially the classic turismo and the rustan!

If you want to buy it because of it’s performance, you better don’t. But if you want it because you know it’s McLaren F1, it’s worth the money.

This car’s overall design is just too faithful to its real counterpart, apart from minus third driver seat, Saleen S7-ish head lamp, and engine block. IMO, it’s 87-90% McLaren F1 copy

Don’t get me wrong, I love the car, but the overall performance that Rockstar gave it just doesn’t let it perform with the top super cars. Also, the fact that it has downforce instead of a spoiler with traction bonus.
