Honesty report; all the rust on my E36

I can’t complain for $650… but it needs some work. Managed to track down a local rust free passenger door already but I need the front fenders and trunk lid still. Rear quarter needs to be patched.

Such a car would be 3000€ or likely more in Germany

I got a steal, it’d be about $2000 normally in this shape. It’ll be rust free and likely have the M52 rebuilt by the time I’m done.

U’re right, sadly, I’m looking for one, to buy it at my 18th birthday. But they are so f*cking expensive in Germany :(

I think it would be cheaper than 3000€ in Germany. I bought a 95’ 328i black manual coupe with less rust, brand new Tüv and winter tires for 2150 € this spring.

Our e53 needs a driver door and will probably soon need a hood because the paint is cracking (must’ve been repainted)
