2007 Toyota Corolla serpentine belt

I’m replacing the serpentine belt on my 07 Toyota Corolla and one of the questions asked is does the belt have a spring tensioner or a hydraulic tensioner can anyone help me out or explain how I can tell the difference. Do I have to take the idler pulley off to figure out?

Just a French guy

Which engine is that ? If it is the 1zz-fe, it is a spring tensioner. You don’t have to loose any bolts, just put a wrench on the fake bolt head on the tensioner
