VW T3 Double-Cab Flatbed RS

The owner of this former workhorse is a member of the “T3-Society”, a club for owners of (heavily) modified T3s.
The modifications on this one are:
-A 4.2 liter V8 from the Audi A8 4D, mounted before the rear wheels.
-Racing-catalytic-converters from Magna-Flow
-A custom-made catback exhaust.
-A 5-speed automatic gearbox with “Tiptronic”-shifting via paddles behind the steering-wheel.
-Modified Audi driveshafts to get the power to the wheels.
-Audi A8’s brakes on 323mm vented discs at the front, complete brakes from the armored Audi A8 at the rear.
-Koni dampers and H+R springs, getting the car 80mm closer to the ground.
-18 inch wheels all around, 235 width at the front and 255 at the rear.
-A complete paintjob in Porsche’s “RS Blue”
-A KR-Styling bodykit
-Rectangular Xenon-headlights
-Heated wing mirrors from the VW Corrado, electrically adjustable.
-Illuminated clear engine cover integrated into the flatbed.
-Audi A8’s instruments on the dash.
-Recaro bucket seats in the front.
-T3 Multivan bench/folding bed in the rear.
-VW Golf V GTI’s steering wheel, upholstered in Alcantara.
-Three-point seatbelts in the front, two-point seatbelts in the rear, 5-point harness for the driver for track-use.
-Pioneer Radio with DVD-player and 15 inch screen.
