No one ever said that Heel and Toe must only be applied to certain drivetrains.In other words, yes, it is necessary.

It is more beneficial to a Rwd car, because it keeps it stable upon entering a corner, fwd cars mostly get unstable due to weight transfer … Not because of sudden rpm surges

Yes, it still keeps the revs high, and keeps the car stable when changing down. It is probably more beneficial in a RWD car, but is still worthwhile on a track in any vehicle

I see, it’s what I was thinking about … Heel toe keeps rwd cars stable but since but fwd is generally stable on deceleration regardless of where the revs are … Either way, I suppose it’s a racing technique that should form part of any car that is drivien
